A three month process geared to support you in actualizing your life
The 3-month Quest
Who will you become?
1. What do you want?
We start the course by first getting clear on what it is you want. Are you someone who wants so many things you struggle picking one? Or do you struggle wanting anything in general? Here we categorize, prioritize, and imagine.
2. The First Win
Once we know what you want, we start our journey forward through creating small, easily achievable wins.
3. The liminal
At some point, inevitably, we do have to face the unknown. The option that we may not get what we want. Or maybe what we thought we wanted isn't actually it? Or perhaps sabotaging behavior starts here.
4. The Breakthrough
After facing the liminal, we encounter a breakthrough. Perhaps subtle yet mighty, or ground shaking, or like reaching water in the desert... Either way, we get closer to, and more intimate with the journey and the destination.
After this, we retrospect. We debrief the habits, experiments, and work that you've done over the last few months. We recommit or re-prioritize, or celebrate the end of the road. You made it.

We are nerds, and we create trackers and spreadsheets accordingly. Track your progress! Check things off lists. Start the dopamine.
We are in this together. Seriously. The better each of us does, the better we all do. Together, we'll kick butt and get stuff done.
As the old adage goes... we don't feed you fish, we teach you how to fish. In every class, we do these four practices that will support you for a lifetime of creating.
Face those monsters under the bed. Shame? Fear? Or are you stuck? No sweat... we'll help you work with the psychological gold we lovingly refer to as shadow.
Systems and Habits
Our results are frequently the sum of our habits and systems. We'll help you systematize your habits and add some rocket fuel to your... rocket? Whatever the saying is. You will get stuff done.
Accountability and Community
We are in it together. And we've got your back! High quality group support, connection, belonging, and the grit of honesty in a group is a great way to gather enough internal resource to start making the changes you want to make.

Engage with your life
We don't all get what we want. In fact, it's arguable that most people never do. However, often in the pursuit of what we want, beautiful, surprising, and deeply meaningful things can happen. That is what we're up to in The High Five course.
Direct engagement with life, and looking at ourselves with honesty, seeing both the beautiful and terrible parts of ourselves offers us the potential for a life more epic than we could have imagined.
Find yourself. And if you aren't lost, become even more of yourself.
Be brave. Take on the possibility that life could be better.
Check things off lists. This gets dopamine channels in our brains going. And tends to lower stress.
Accomplish things! Create a life on purpose.
Make friends. Or at least, meet some people, from all over the world, who are as generative, inspired, and visionary as you.
