It is essential to use the whole of our being in order to create the optimal conditions for healing. We gather information from our clients in various ways; however, we are not always aware of what we are perceiving.
As clinicians, we must hone our tracking skills, learning to notice the ways in which we perceive through all parts of our being, bringing our perceptions and inherent ways of knowing into conscious awareness.
The Art of Tracking workshop will help you begin to round out perception skills, utilizing intuition and the innate wisdom of the body to inform interventions.
Courtney Stratton, PhD(c.), MEd, SEP, LMT, E-RYT-200, lives and works in the quaint town of Windsor, CO. She came to the study of SE through the lens of bodywork, which gives her a deep and unique insight into the body, both intuitively and physiologically. She specializes in spiritually-based trauma, group work, and women’s sexuality, and offers an esoteric spin to her sessions, if clients wish to work in that capacity. As an astrologer, movement practitioner, meditation teacher, and lover of nature, Courtney incorporates a wide range of tools into her SE work in order to assist individuals in feeling more at home in their bodies, in nature, and in the universe. Her approach combines playful curiosity with soulful connection.
